Secrets of accepting a Blog in Google AdSense 2024
Many people ask me through messages, "Is my blog accepted in Google AdSense, and how does my website get accepted in Google AdSense?" So the discussion point will be as follows. If you are a new blogger or YouTuber, and want to know the terms and conditions for activating AdSense, read this complete article.
If you don't have a website or YouTube channel, you won't be able to make money from Google Ads. If you have a website or YouTube channel, here are the steps to start your blogging journey and monetize using Google AdSense.
Conditions for admission to the Google AdSense program 2023-2024
You cannot make money from blogging and Google AdSense if you do not have an active YouTube channel, website, or blogger blog.
The main source of income for many bloggers and YouTubers is Adsense. Google AdSense helps bloggers make money by following their passion. Basically, Google AdSense pays per click, and this is called CPC (Cost Per Click).
The cost per click in Google AdSense depends on the advertisers ads, blog niches, etc. And not only that: Google AdSense also pays the blogger for AdSense ads.
Bloggers can add more AdSense ads to their articles and websites. When visitors click on these links, the blogger receives money. For example, if a website has 1000 views per day and 70 people click on the AdSense ads, the CTR is 7%.
So, to start making money with Google Ads, you first have to create a blog or YouTube channel. If you want to be allowed on your Google AdSense YouTube channel, this is different from being allowed on your blog.
If you want to know the admission requirements for Google AdSense, you must follow the following steps:
1. blog design
To apply for a Google Adsense account (Google Adsense home page), you need to create a blog, that is, if you already have a website, design it first. It should have an attractive appearance and be easy to use. If your website runs on Blog, you have to do a little more work than WordPress sites.
I always suggest people to build websites with WordPress because it helps them in many ways. 90% of bloggers have no knowledge of programming or website development, but they still do a great job on their websites. Because in WordPress we just have to drag and drop.
2. Create main pages
Now that you've purchased and set up your domain and hosting, there are some basic pages you need to create. These pages help make your blog more reliable and professional. Commit to the pages as follows:
- call us
- privacy policy
- Information about the blog owner
- terms and conditions
- Disclaimer
- Site Map
- Create a "Contact Us" page
Since opinions and tastes vary, it is best to give your followers the opportunity to share their thoughts on the blog and share what they like and what bothers them. Create a “Contact Us” page and add the email address you use to sign up for Google AdSense. It is best to have a professional email address and add links to your other social pages on this page.
Setting up this page shows that you care about your customers and their opinions, that you are willing to help them, and that they can contact you at any time. On the other hand, the Google AdSense team that supervises the review of your blog will find that you really care about your customers and visitors to your site and that your only goal is not to make money from Google AdSense.
Create a privacy policy page for your blog
One of the most common mistakes that most new bloggers make is not creating a privacy page for their blog, especially because a number of people say that having a blog privacy policy is meaningless.
We want to tell you that what you are being told is wrong, and that the first thing you must do is create a privacy policy page for your website or your blog before applying for Google AdSense, because without this page, your blog will not be ready, and it will not be accepted because it is considered... One of the most important conditions for acceptance into adsense.
Google considers this point very important because it is the most important requirement for acceptance, and because it shows that this blog is real and is not committing fraud, it is a sign of the seriousness of the blog and the people behind it.
You can write the privacy policy page yourself or you can find websites on the internet that offer service to write these policies, it is not a big problem.
Create an “About Us” page
One of the conditions for a blog to be accepted into Google AdSense is the presence of an “About Me” page, which indicates that there are real people behind the page, and not just a fake blog.
This page plays an important role even if you do not want to apply for Google AdSense, as it provides a general overview of the blog and acts as a passport for the blog content.
The page contains information about the blog, and a simple description of the blog to create a connection between you and your followers and gain their trust.
Many Google AdSense rejection notices state that there should be a simple list containing all the information about your blog so that readers can easily find the content they want.
The more you try to improve the browsing experience for your website visitors, the higher your chances of getting AdSense approval.
Google rejects many requests from new bloggers, due to the lack of these essential pages. You can easily create these pages whether you are using Blog or WordPress.
If you don't know what details to add on these pages, you can search on Google how to create these pages etc.
If you already have one, add these basic pages to your website's homepage just like I did with my footer menu. This is very important because it will help you get Google AdSense approval within days.
3. Quality of content
Steps 1 and 2 must be followed as long as your blog exists. If you want to get approved by Google AdSense on the first try, this is one of the most important steps.
If your blog has basic pages, well-designed content, but no high-quality content, don't apply for a Google AdSense account now.
Qualitative content and its quality means that you write articles of more than 300 words yourself and do not copy them from others. It is often said that quality is more important than quantity, but for Google AdSense approval, quality and quantity are essential for a blog.
Write 30+ high-quality content of 300 words or more. Also try to write SEO compatible content.
In my case, I applied for Google AdSense approval after writing more than 30 high-quality articles of 500+ words.
4. Do not post copied content
If you have just started your blogging journey and created your first blog, you may not know that if you write copy content, it will not be considered in Google AdSense. Copying content does not mean that the content matches the topic.
If you are looking for the requirements and conditions for accepting a blog in the Google AdSense program in 2024, you can find a variety of content with the same title. But the content, writing style and images are different from others, so it is not copied content.
Copywriting means that you write an article that is similar to another article on the site, this is known as copywriting. An example of a transcription page is the Lyrics Site.
If your blog has more than 30 original content written by you and you follow the above steps, the chances of getting your blog approved on Google AdSense are 80-90%.
5. Use images with the ALT tag
To make your articles attractive and user-friendly, you need to add images to your article. But the problem with Google is that it cannot read images, so in this case you have to add ALT tags to your images. By adding alt text to your images, you help Google classify your images correctly.
Also, it helps if your article addresses SEO images. Alt text has helped a lot of my articles appear higher in Google image search results.
6. Do not write about illegal content
If you write about generally illegal content or something similar, your blog will not be approved by Google AdSense. In this case, your blog will grow in a short time, but you cannot profit from the blog and Google AdSense.
So don't write any illegal, objectionable or such kind of content. Write original content that helps people learn something new about your style. Yes, it will take time to achieve something.
If you have already written some illegal articles and Google has rejected your Google AdSense approval request, remove those articles and try again.
7. Apply after getting organic views
This is not a requirement for the blog to be listed in Google AdSense, but it is my suggestion from my experience. I applied for a Google AdSense account on my blog after writing more than 30 articles and receiving some organic traffic.
You can follow the views report through Google Analytic or the mobile app. In my early days, I chose niches with little competition and wrote articles of 500+ words, paying attention to internal and external search engine optimization.
After 20-30 articles, when I got 10-12 search engine visits per article, I applied for Google Adsense. I was lucky because I got my blog approved to use Google AdSense within a few days.
8. Do not make any changes after submitting to Google AdSense
When you apply for Google AdSense approval, do not change anything on your blog. For example, if you apply to Google and change the layout or appearance of your Blog site, your application will likely be rejected.
After your site is approved, make changes if necessary, but do not attempt to do so during review.
9. Continue posting content while AdSense reviews your AdSense application
If you apply for AdSense and don't publish any new content, your website will take longer to review. You need to add content after signing up for Google AdSense.
So, the two steps you need to know after applying for Google AdSense are:
Don't make any changes to your blog (such as theme, layout, post URLs, etc.).
Post new content during the review period.
10. Add your name and email address to the blog
When you place your order, don't forget to include your name and email address in prominent areas such as the "Contact Us" page or the "About Us" page. This gives the Google AdSense team peace of mind that you are the same person who applied for AdSense, and not a fake spam program.
This will speed up the verification process, and in no time you will have a fully verified AdSense account up and running.
11. Make sure you have an acceptable number of valuable posts on your blog before submitting.
There is no definitive answer to how many posts a blog needs to be accepted by Google by AdSense. Because there are some blogs with more than 300 posts that have had their application rejected, while there are some blogs with only 10 posts that have benefited from being accepted into AdSense and are making profits without any problems.
According to some experts, the best time to apply for an Adsense account is when you have published at least 20 good posts. In addition, blog posts should be at least 600 words and contain high-quality content.
Some key points to look for before increasing your number of posts are:
- Simple and clear design
- Easy navigation in the blog
- Choose a specific audience
- Attention to detail in content
Google AdSense is a great way to make money by following your passion. If you are a new blogger who has just started blogging, just follow the above steps and then try to apply for Google AdSense. I am sure that if you follow the above steps, your blog will be approved for Blogger within 2 days.
